RETURN POLICY

We at THE BUR EAU only exchange product bought on the website or issue store-credit only. We do not grant refunds for returned items. Requests for exchange or store-credit must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. However, we require that customers notify THE BUR EAU AT SERVICE@ROCKTHEBUREAU.COM of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and the printed receipts.
